НУТРИТИВНА НЕДОСТАТНІСТЬ ТА МЕТОДИ ЇЇ КОРЕКЦІЇ У ПРАКТИЦІ ПАЛІАТИВНОГО ХВОРОГО

Розглянуто актуальні питання оцінки нутритивного статусу пацієнта у складі паліативної допомоги. Наведено алгоритм його єдиних критеріїв, а також розрахунок нутритивної потреби у різнопрофільних пацієнтів. Надано план ведення інкурабельних хворих.

НУТРИТИВНАЯ НЕДОСТАТОЧНОСТЬ И МЕТОДЫ ЕЕ КОРРЕКЦИИ В ПРАКТИКЕ ПАЛЛИАТИВНОГО ПАЦИЕНТА
Рассмотрены актуальные вопросы оценки нутритивного статуса пациента в составе паллиативной помощи. Приведены алгоритм его единых критериев, а также расчет нутритивной потребности у разнопрофильных пациентов. Предложен план ведения инкурабельных больных.

NUTRITIONAL INSUFFICIENCY AND METHODS OF ITS CORRECTION IN PALLIATIVE PATIENT PRACTICE
Topical issues of assessing the nutritional status of the patient in palliative care have been considered. The algorithm of its uniform criteria, as well as the calculation of nutritional need in various patients have been presented. The plan for managing the incurable patients has been provided.
