FORMATION OF MENTAL DEADAPTATION AND BURN OUT SYNDROME IN SENIOR OFFICIALS OF THE HEALTH SYSTEM

Abstract. The problems of clinical structure and dynamics of formation of mental deadaptation states in senior officials of the health system are featured. The study involved 200 persons (men and women) aged 31−60 who were investigated using V.V. Boyko's technique and structured narrative interview. The investigation demonstrated mental adaptation disorders in 160 (80%) of patients. Two main states of mental deadaptation, i.e. burn out syndrome and situationally conditioned states of mental deadaptation, were distinguished. The obtained findings should be considered when working out a system of medical psychological management of senior officials of the health system.
