ПІДХОДИ ДО КОМПЛЕКСНОГО ЛІКУВАННЯ ХВОРИХ ІЗ КАРДІОПУЛЬМОНАЛЬНОЮ ПАТОЛОГІЄЮ

Подано дані про сучасні методи медикаментозної та немедикаментозної терапії в умовах кардіопульмональної коморбідности. Розглянуто особливості застосування основних груп серцево−судинних препаратів, а також головні аспекти серцево−легеневої реабілітації у пацієнтів із кардіопульмональною патологією.

Ключові слова: кардіопульмональна коморбідность, медикаментозне лікування, фізична реабілітація, гіпертонічна хвороба, хронічне обструктивне захворювання легень.

Представлены данные о современных методах медикаментозной и немедикаментозной терапии в условиях кардиопульмональной коморбидности. Рассмотрены особенности применения основных групп сердечно−сосудистых препаратов, а также главные аспекты сердечно−легочной реабилитации у пациентов с кардиопульмональной патологией.

Ключевые слова: кардиопульмональная коморбидность, медикаментозное лечение, физическая реабилитация, гипертоническая болезнь, хроническое обструктивное заболевание легких.

APPROACHES TO COMBINED TREATMENT OF PATIENTS WITH CARDIOPULMONARY PATHOLOGY

Data on modern methods of drug and non−drug therapy in the conditions of cardiopulmonary comorbidity have been presented. The peculiarities of using the main groups of cardiovascular drugs, as well as the main aspects of cardiopulmonary rehabilitation in the patients with cardiopulmonary pathology have been considered.

Key words: cardiopulmonary comorbidity, drug treatment, physical rehabilitation, hypertension, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
